Our Park benefits from tarmac surfaced roads with traffic control humps, street lighting and a private car park which has security cameras. There are also landscaped communal areas that include a children's play area and a seated picnic area. |

The Park is run by the residents and is one of very few in the country to be in this position. Chartridge Park Ltd was set up as a company in 1982 to manage the Park. Every home owner is a shareholder in the company. |
